Property description The house is located in the coastal and resort of Sa Coma, away from the hotel complex in a quiet residential environment. The solid, high-quality construction of the house guarantees an optimal indoor climate in every season.
The house is currently used as a residential unit. Without much effort, the entrance area can be rebuilt so that the ground floor and first floor can be used as separate units.

So are 4 popular golf courses and several tennis courts (also on foot) within easy reach. Above the seaside village, the "Via Verde" runs along, a 30 km long bike, riding and walking path between Arta and Manacor, in the middle of the Mallorcan nature and past Sant Llorenc, Son Carrio and Son Servera.
